  1. First of all, click “Home tab” then “Draw panel” & click on “Boundary“.
  2. In the “Boundary Creation dialog box,” you can see in the “Object Type list” just choose “Polyline“.
  3. Below the “Boundary Set“, make sure to do one of the following:
    • If you want “to create a boundary set” from all “objects visible” in your “current viewport” also choose “Current Viewport“.
    • You can specify which “objects to involve” in the “boundary set” & click New. Select the “objects” that you need to use to “create the boundary“.
  4. After that click on the “Pick Points” option.
  5. Make sure to Specify points within “each area” to form a “boundary polyline“. But keep note that this area must be bound. Please check that there are no gaps between enclosing objects.
  6. Also, you have to press Enter to create the boundary polyline & end the command. But you have to Note that the polyline may not be visible as it overlaps the objects used to create it.
